Common questions
Do you work with small businesses, or only larger companies?
Both. Most of our clients are small and medium businesses that need reliable networking, servers and support without a full-time IT department. The same automation and tooling we use for them is what lets us run enterprise-scale platforms.
Do we actually need Kubernetes?
Not always, and we will tell you when you don't. Many businesses are better served by a couple of well-run Linux servers with Docker. We recommend Kubernetes when you need high availability, zero-downtime deploys, or many services that have to scale independently.
Is this a one-time project or ongoing support?
Either. We take on fixed-scope projects such as network redesigns, migrations and cluster builds, and we also run infrastructure on an ongoing basis with monitoring, patching, on-call and a monthly report.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Almost everything is done remotely with secure access you control. Physical work such as rack builds, cabling and hardware installs is arranged on-site when the project needs it.
How is pricing structured?
Projects are quoted as a fixed price after a short discovery call. Ongoing operations are a flat monthly fee based on the size of the environment. There are no surprise hourly bills; you know the cost before we start.
